That's the title of Book 12 in the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan. If you've never read the series... well, now's not a good time to start, as Robert Jordan died yesterday.
My heartfelt condolences to his loved ones.

Damnit damnit damnit. That sucks on so many levels. On a completely selfish note, it appears that he left notes so that someone else could finish it, but it is up to his estate to decide if it will.

Rest in Peace Robert Jordan. I hope the annoyance felt by his readers doesn't strike a bad note with those closest to him. Rest in Peace Rand al'Thor, Matrim Cauthon, and Perrin Aybara. In my Rand Land, you all get happy endings.
A very sad time for both the community that his writing created, and his superhumanly devoted family. He was such a fierce fighter that you really believed he could beat it.
As for the rest of the series I would be surprised if Hariet does not finish it.
